PUMPS
For over 25 years JEM has specialized in the service & repair of all type of industrial pumps. Our reputation has grown built on first class service, which has gained us a satisfied customer base covering a large part of the industry. From simple pump repairs to major overhauls on site and in our factory. Our Field service team offers a speedy response to ensure the down time is minimized and that the equipment is returned to optimum efficiency as soon as possible.
The planned maintenance programme provides a full report of all the equipment including drivers and control equipment.

DIESEL AND MOTOR DRIVERS
Diesel engines and electric motors are often removed for extensive repairs. It can sometimes prove more cost effective to carry out major overhauls of these drivers especially on the older packages. At our service center we have the ability to repair most makes of engine regardless of age. Injector and fuel pump calibration is essential to the efficient operation of the diesel unit. We can also overhaul and repair most makes of injectors and fuel pumps. Electric motors can also be overhauled or replaced with new.

SPARES AND ACCESSORIES
JEM as a single point of contact can carry or source a large range of spares for your equipment therefore minimizing downtime. A firewater pump provides water for sprinkler, hydrant, and deluge or foam systems. We can supply a range of products required for the use of fire fighting or testing of the equipment.

BLADDER TANKS
JEM has been active in the filling and maintenance of both horizontal and vertical foam bladder tanks for many years. We use the manufacturers recommended procedure for filling the bladder, this reduces the risk of rupture. The bladder tank is a mechanical device and needs periodic inspections end users need to be assured that the system will operate satisfactory when required. Annual maintenance is strongly recommended to ensure that any defects are found and corrected.

COMPRESSORS
Compressors should have the oil & filters changed and receivers drained, based on run hours or performance. Pneumatics and mechanics of the machines are checked against the duty rated by the Original Engineering Manufacturer.

EMERGENCY GENERATORS
Emergency generators temporary or permanent are serviced. Our approved subcontractor carries out on site load testing. The JEM engineer carries out all other works.

CONTROLLER AND ALARM SYSTEMS
JEM is a supplier & installer of fully automatic and manual control/starting equipment for both diesel & electric drivers employed for all types of applications.
We install panels compliant with the latest LPCB, FM & NFPA requirement for fire pump use or tailor-made packages with all relevant alarms and monitoring systems for industrial pump usage, dependant on the capacity of the engine both 12 volt or 24 volt can be provided.
For electric motors, we offer star delta or direct on-line - high voltage panels Replacement of control systems is our specialty and where required we have the experience to interface new controllers with existing drivers. Through the expertise JEM has gained over the years, we have the ability to undertake repair work on the obsolete products still in existence for fire fighting applications in particular. In many cases the original engineering manufacturer no longer exists.
